Why Refined Body Fitness

Refined Body Fitness is your personalized trainer, anytime, anywhere. Through the founding principles of PERSONALIZATION, INSTRUCTION, and VARIETY, Refined Body Fitness will have you work hard, have fun, and get great results.

Ideally, we would all have a personal trainer who 1) PERSONALIZED our workouts based on our fitness level and our access to equipment, 2) provided INSTRUCTION on what workouts to do and how to perform the exercises, and 3) gave us endless VARIETY to maximize our results through muscle confusion and so we didn't get bored from doing the same workouts and exercises over and over. Unfortunately, for most, having a personal trainer day in and day out is too costly and not practical for those of us who travel a lot.

There are a lot of alternative options in the fitness industry. However, until Refined Body Fitness, none of them could provide the PERSONALIZATION, INSTRUCTION, and VARIETY of a personal trainer. Traditional workout video options give you instruction, but have to provide generic, non-personalized workouts. Additionally, after spending tons of money on the workout DVD's and equipment, you are stuck doing the same workouts over and over.

Fitness websites and smart phone apps provide a lower cost solution to workout DVD's. However, they tend to fall into one of two pitfalls; either they provide a lot of instruction on what workouts to do and how to perform the exercises, but offer little variety and can't personalize your workouts to meet your fitness level and your equipment, or they provide a lot of variety and instruction on how to perform exercise, but offer no instruction on what workouts to perform or personalization to your fitness level.

Use Refined Body Fitness to provide your Daily Personalized Workout (DPW), using the equipment you have at home or on the road. If you love the long cardio workouts (i.e. Running, Cycling, Rowing), but need to work in strength training. Use Refined Body Fitness to supplement and provide variety to your cardio workouts.

If you love going to the gym, use Refined Body Fitness as your personal trainer at the gym to take full advantage of all the equipment and workout potential.
